If you’re requesting records from Alabama Church School you’ll need to submit your records request form to the mailing address or email address below.
Not all church schools have records on file because our families are homeschooling and they keep their own records. However, on the occasion, we get a transfer from a public or private school who have submitted records to Alabama Church School. If we have them, we’ll send them. We’ll let you know by email/phone whether or not we have anything on file for the requested student’s records. Most parents won’t submit a records request because they know they have the records.

If you’re enrolling and you want to request records to be sent to Alabama Church School from your previous school please use the Records Release Form fill it out and sign it. Send it to or take it to your current school. You can have them send the records to either our email or mailing address.
