College Entrance
If your student wants to enroll in a Junior/Community College from a non-accredited school like ACS they can do one of the following:
- Have a high school diploma/ACT score of 16 composites/SAT Test (AL Colleges prefer an ACT); or
- Have a high school diploma/Alabama Exit Exam Score; or
- Have a GED score; or
- A student can take the ASSET test for the Ability to Benefit Program and pass.
In order to get your graduating senior’s transcripts, you must send in the subjects, grades, and credits for each year. If you have sent them in each year of High School you’ll be required to send them in again to make sure we have everything and nothing is missed. Please do your best to keep excellent records of all completed work.
College Bound Students:
ACT testing can be set up at www.ACT.org. Register and set a date, time, and location to test. You should also see what the college score requirements are.
