Senior Packages are required of all graduating students. The payment is due by December 15th of the graduating year.
The senior package is $99 and includes 1 standard diploma, 1 certified transcript, and two certified and sealed transcripts. Padded Diploma Cover embossed with the school logo and name for an extra cost.
Submit this form and payment for graduation for next year anytime after April of the upcoming year. Remember it must be submitted by December 15th of the prior year. If you’re not sure what we mean, read the underlined text above.
Diploma/Transcript Fees Policy

Senior Package Fees: $99. Senior Package Requests and fees are all due by December 15th of the graduation school year. (EX. If your student will graduate in 2023, you should submit the senior package request form by December 15th, 2022.

Your Senior Package will not be mailed until we receive your transcript request form AFTER the student has completed all courses. This will give us time to get your padded cover for your diploma if requested.

Transcripts can NOT be created without ALL information required on these forms. If you do not include the fees or all information requested the transcripts will not be mailed out.

You must complete the Diploma Package Request Form before completing the Senior Package Transcript Request Form! The above form is only completed online! When you submit this form and payment, only then can you can request at that time if you would like the forms below to be printed and mailed out to you for when you submit the transcripts.

This is the second step to your graduation. Send this paperwork to Alabama Church School once your student has completed all of their coursework and you have set a graduation date. Once we receive it we will put your package together and send it to you. If you require it to be rushed please include a check or money order for $20. Otherwise please allow two weeks for delivery. We will send out tracking information once your package has been shipped. |

This form should be submitted a short while before your graduation date. Allowing us two weeks for delivery. However, this form needs to be printed, filled out, and signed with an ink pen.
